Finish with a final walkthrough and clean handover
Most of the physical construction work is performed by qualified subcontractors. I manage the process, coordination, and accountability.

Before starting this company, I acted as the general contractor on my own ground‑up home build in Everett (2,964 sq ft, two stories custom home).
The project stayed on budget, stayed on schedule, and passed every inspection—even during the COVID years with shortages and delays.
I also worked directly with the bank through the lot loan, construction loan draws, and the final mortgage.
